Work Package 1: Management

    Objectives

To secure the technical aspects of the project implementation.

To ensure the effective functioning of the consortium in order to achieve the objectives

To ensure timely delivery of the outputs and deliverables

To represent the consortium in contacts with the Commission

    Description

To ensure the overall project coordination WP1 is about the overall management of the project. The management tasks involve both the scientific and administrative coordination. A Steering Committee, the Ethics Subcommittee and a Scientific Advisory Board will be set up to ascertain the project outcomes and the scientific quality of it. Tasks, roles and responsibilities have been detailed in a consortium agreement. To ensure smooth communication within the consortium, project meetings will be organised twice a year to inform partners, plan further work and facilitate communication and networking. At the end of project late 2015 a conference/symposium will be organised in Brussels to present the results of the project to a broader group of stakeholder.
