To assess if the project has reached its objectives as specified for the work packages.
To ensure timely delivery of the outputs and deliverables specified for each work package
To assess the quality and usability of the project outcomes and deliverables
In Diabetes Literacy a systematic evaluation is foreseen from the outset, entailing both process and a performance evaluation. In the process evaluation the project implementation will be monitored in order to improve the work in progress and increase the chances to be successful. The performance evaluation will involve a baseline assessment linked to the project objectives at the start of the project, and an output/outcome assessment in the last phase of the project. The evaluation results will indicate the extent to which the project objectives have been achieved. It will also assess the quality of the project deliverables and of the external communication.
Both process and effect evaluation will be carried out by the Research Centre for Health and Psychological Development (IPSY) of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL) in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium. WP2 is lead by Prof. Stephan Van den Broucke PhD and carried out by Marie Housiaux PhD.
